Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Rental Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with vehicle rentals, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and professional rental experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with rental reservations, check-ins, and returns
• Explain rental terms, pricing, and insurance options clearly and accurately
• Verify customer information, including driver’s licenses and payment details
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate vehicle availability with the lot team
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
