Truckload & General Labor Associate 

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Truckload & Delivery Operations Associate to support both warehouse operations.

 

Location: Lenexa, KS
Employment Type: Temporary
Work Conditions: Warehouse / Delivery / Light Industrial
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday Only! 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 

Position Summary:
The Truckload & Delivery Operations Associate is responsible for loading and unloading materials in the warehouse and delivering products to residential customer sites. This role requires safe operation of a box truck, attention to detail, and the ability to perform general warehouse labor duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks at the warehouse and customer locations
Operate a box truck safely for local deliveries
Assist with general warehouse labor including material handling and organization
Ensure accurate delivery and proper placement of materials at job sites
Secure loads using straps, dollies, and proper handling techniques
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and delivery vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Provide professional and respectful customer interactions during deliveries

 

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to operate a box truck safely
Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Strong reliability and attendance

 

Skills Required:
Safe driving and delivery practices
General warehouse labor and material handling
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service and communication
Time management and organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with box truck deliveries
Experience in warehouse or logistics environments
Familiarity with using dollies, straps, and material handling equipment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Warehouse and residential delivery environment
Frequent lifting, moving, and handling of heavy materials
Use of equipment such as box trucks, dollies, and straps
Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
