Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Location: Livingston, TN
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift operations at a manufacturing facility in Livingston, TN. This role is responsible for leading production personnel, ensuring schedules are met, and maintaining efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage workflow, support team performance, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and lead 2nd shift team members
• Ensure production schedules and performance goals are achieved
• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments
• Identify and resolve production challenges in a timely manner
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
• Support quality assurance processes and ensure product standards are met

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience with production scheduling and workflow management
• Proven problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
