Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Reach Forklift Operator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for pulling materials, ensuring the correct products are pulled, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull materials for loading/delivery.
• Fulfill orders by using pick tickets or RF Scanner.
• Ensure products are pulled correctly and placed in the appropriate storage location.
• Make sure all tasks are completed before the next shipment arrives.

Skills & Experience Required

• Forklift Experience: 1 year of experience with stand-up reach forklifts.
• Shipping/Receiving Experience: Knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without issue.
• Capable of frequent bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, and overhead reaching.
• Warehouse Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Afternoon/Evening Shift).
• Overtime: Available, especially on alternating Saturdays.
