Position Overview

We are currently seeking a hands-on Fabrication / Production Technician to join a fast-paced, creative production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, working with tools and materials, and contributing to unique, custom projects from concept to completion.

What You Will Be Doing:

·         Experience in General Production (carpentry focused)

·         Fabricate custom displays, props, and branded installations

·         Operate tools and equipment (hand tools, power tools, shop equipment)

·         Assist with CNC machining, printing, and assembly processes

·         Read drawings, blueprints, and production plans

·         Support installation and set-up of displays (as required)

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

·         Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and production teams

What We Are Looking For:

·         Experience in fabrication, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing

·         Comfortable using hand and power tools

·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (asset)

·         Experience with CNC, large-format printing, or signage (asset)

·         Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
