Inside Sales Rep

Located in Hixson, TN

Salary: $23.00

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact daily with a large and diverse customer base
• Respond to customer quotations, inquiries, needs, and complaints in a timely manner
• Process customer orders, including quotations and order entry
• Source non-stock items and manage work order entry
• Conduct follow-ups and outbound calls to support direct sales efforts
• Communicate customer interactions that may require attention from outside sales representatives or lead to additional sales opportunities
• Understand company goals and apply them to support sales growth and profitability
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as credit, inventory, systems, and warehouse operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$23.10 – $28.88 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Industry experience is a plus
• Previous sales and/or commercial customer service experience preferred
