Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to install, repair, and finish interior woodwork on residential and/or commercial projects. This role focuses on detailed finish work including molding, baseboards, cabinetry, doors, and custom wood features. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install trim, molding, baseboards, crown molding, and casing
• Hang and finish doors, windows, and frames
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials with precision
• Install cabinets, shelving, and custom woodwork
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Repair or replace damaged trim and finish carpentry elements
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of finish/trim carpentry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between job sites is required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools

Work Environment:

• Residential and/or commercial construction sites
• Indoor and occasional outdoor work depending on project
