Job Summary
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient output and consistent product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Load raw materials and remove finished goods
Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues as needed
Maintain accurate production records
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all company policies and safety requirements

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of production or manufacturing experience required
Machine operating experience preferred
Ability to follow work instructions and use basic measurements
Attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
