Account Executive – Outside Sales

Base Salary: $50,000 minimum + Commission + Benefits

View Florida is a fast-growing billboard advertising company with nearly 350 displays across Central Florida, and we’re continuing to expand. We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Executive who wants to build a book of business, close deals, and grow their income.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to uncover new advertising opportunities
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Build relationships and close new business
• Create and present advertising proposals
• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently
• Network in the community and stay active in the field
• Meet activity and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Outside sales, B2B sales, advertising sales, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person sales
• Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient
• Organized and disciplined with time and follow-up
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000 minimum
• Commission and performance-based earning potential
• Top performers can earn $70,000+ in Year 1
• Year 2+ earning potential: $90,000+
• Car allowance
• Full benefits package
