Business Office Manager

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Business Office Manager with a Local Crane Manufacturer.  This position will pay DOE, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 7AM - 4PM. Benefits include 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, and Vision insurance

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including front desk activities, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to ensure seamless communication and scheduling
• Oversee vendor management by negotiating contracts, tracking service delivery, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance and professionalism
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 25lbs.
• Previous experience in Office Management or Administrative Roles
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Must have previous experience with Supervising
• Able to lead teams effectively
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online for Bookkeeping and Payroll Management
