Our client in Jackson NJ is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Follow company procedures and service standards

Qualifications:
