Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced MIG Welders to work with structural and production steel!
We’re looking for dependable welders who take pride in their work and can produce clean, strong welds in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings
• Fit, tack, and weld parts to specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
• Operate grinders and other fabrication tools as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 2 years of MIG welding experience (steel required)
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Experience with structural or heavy gauge steel preferred
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
