We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team in Clinton, MS. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This role requires a strong understanding of auto body repair techniques, tools, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair vehicle bodies, panels, and frames using approved repair techniquesPerform dent removal, sanding, grinding, and fillingReplace damaged parts including fenders, doors, bumpers, and panelsAlign and straighten frames using frame machines and measuring systemsPerform welding tasks (MIG/spot welding) for panel replacement and structural repairsPrepare surfaces for painting (masking, priming, sealing)Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred2+ years of auto body repair experience (preferred)Must have welding experience (MIG/spot welding required)I-CAR certification or equivalent training is a plusAbility to use hand and power tools effectivelyStrong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periodsComfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and fumes
