Material Handler – 2nd Shift (Long Term Temporary Assignment)

Location: Channahon, IL
Pay: $20.00/hr
Assignment Length: 9 months
Shift: 2pm-10:30pm - Start 10/5/26

Position Overview

A well‑established company in Channahon is seeking dependable Material Handlers for a 9 month temporary assignment on 2nd shift.

Job Duties

• Take bags of product (mulch mix or top soill mix) that are already filled and place them into cardboard cases
• Perform repetitive material handling tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist as needed with cleanup, rework or organizaiton of site. 

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a 4‑panel drug test (no THC testing)
• Must pass a 7‑year background check
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as required
• Comfortable working overtime as the site ramps up.
