We’re hiring an A-Operator to keep production running, ensure quality standards, and support a fast-paced manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep machines running and production on track
• Inspect parts and take measurements to ensure quality
• Troubleshoot issues when parts are out of spec
• Complete basic production and quality documentation
• Support team members and maintain a clean, safe workspace

What You Bring:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a solid work ethic
