Schedule: 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Rotating weekends.

Maintenance Technician Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician. 

The Maintenance Technician will have a solid, demonstrated mix of technical knowledge, physical ability, and attention to detail to perform maintenance of a rehabilitation facility.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Equipment installation
• AC maintenance
• Make minor repairs such as drywall, light fixtures, etc.
• Basic diagnostic test and minor repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and light mechanical problems
• Clear grounds daily

·         Follow planned landscaping to plant and maintain grass, plant flowers and foliage

·         Repair and paint fences, gates, walls and walkways

·         Perform other related duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Knowledge with hand, lawn and electric tools
• Ability to work on a rotating weekend schedule
• Ability to frequently sit, climb, and balance
• Must be reliable and team-focused
