About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team with high‑volume hiring needs. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who enjoys fast‑paced work, talking to people, and building strong candidate pipelines.

You’ll focus primarily on sourcing Production Workers and similar hourly roles, helping us keep our operations fully staffed and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Source high volumes of candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and local outreach

• Screen applicants for basic qualifications and interest

• Maintain organized pipelines and track candidate progress

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on staffing needs

• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and candidate communication

• Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sourcing or light recruiting experience (high‑volume preferred)

• Strong communication skills and comfort reaching out to many candidates daily

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple openings at once

• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn recruiting best practices

• A positive, team‑oriented mindset
