Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Hours may vary depending on workload with start/end time and overtime

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

 

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join a busy manufacturing team in Fort Myers. This position will support daily laboratory and production operations by assisting with sample preparation, basic testing, documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in a laboratory or quality-focused setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with collecting and preparing samples for testing
• Perform basic quality checks and record results accurately
• Support chemical blending and batch preparation as directed
• Maintain accurate lab records, logs, and production paperwork
• Label, organize, and store raw materials and finished samples
• Clean and sanitize lab equipment, tools, and work areas
• Assist with inventory counts and supply organization
• Follow all company safety procedures, GMP standards, and SOPs
• Report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors
• Work closely with lab, production, and warehouse teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous lab, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
