CUSTOMER SERVICE/SCHEDULER

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Service/Scheduler for immediate hire!

Starting pay: $16/hr,

Temp with potential to become permanent

Location: Surfside Beach, SC 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from residential and commercial customers
• Provide information about pest control services, pricing, and treatment plans
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Process service requests, payments, and cancellations accurately
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
• Optimize daily technician routes for efficiency and timeliness
• Communicate schedules, changes, and special instructions to technicians
• Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules as needed
• Follow up with customers regarding missed or completed appointments
• Accurately enter and update customer and service information in the company system
• Maintain organized records of calls, services, and customer notes
• Assist with invoicing, service agreements, and renewal reminders
• Support office operations as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
• Experience in pest control, home services, or trades industries is a plus
• Strong computer skills and comfort with scheduling or CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
