2nd shift Supervisor / CNC Machine Operator Team Lead

Located in Wixom, MI

Salary: $22 per hour

The Company:

 

We have partnered with a local Tool & Die company.  The are a diversified full-service manufacturing company specializing in CNC production machining, assembly, and tooling.

 

Summary:

 

We are looking for a 2nd sift Supervisor (CNC Machine Operator Team Lead). Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with leadership or supervisory experience. 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Lead and supervise a team of CNC machine operators during the 2nd shift
• Operate CNC machines and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold TDS standards Coordinate with other departments, such as assembly and tooling, to facilitate a seamless production workflow
• Collaborate with supervisors from other shifts for effective communication and transition of responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies

Schedule:
