Salary: $25.00 to $27.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Accounting Clerk for an aerospace equipment company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a part-time, long-term, contract opportunity. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Compensation starts at  $25.00 to $27.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing
• Accounts payable and receivable support
• Process payments
• Related administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

• One year of related experience or training/education
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken/written)
• QuickBooks knowledge a benefit
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel user
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Associates degree a benefit
