We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating specialized machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality components.
Machine Operation: Set up and operate production machinery (e.g., CNC, drill presses, or fabrication saws) according to blueprints and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects or measurement errors using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and follow complex instructions.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Reliability: Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent attendance.
