Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full‑time, consistent schedule
Position Overview:
- Work in a manufacturing environment producing and fulfilling rubber mat and flooring products
- Perform hands‑on work that requires being on knees, crawling, bending, and moving throughout the entire shift
- After training is completed, be available to travel out of state as needed to support fulfillment operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with production, assembly, cutting, and finishing of rubber mats and flooring products
- Perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, crawling, bending, and working at floor level for extended periods
- Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards
