We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions and support our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies and best practicesHandle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsOversee performance management processes and employee development initiativesAdminister compensation, benefits, and payroll coordinationMaintain HRIS systems and employee recordsDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–7+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus
