Job Summary

The Parking Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming parking environment for customers and visitors. As a highly visible, customer-facing role, this position supports the overall client experience by assisting with traffic flow, providing directions, and ensuring efficient use of parking facilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow in parking areas
• Greet customers and provide assistance with parking, directions, and general inquiries
• Monitor parking areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance needs, or unusual activity
• Assist customers with accessibility needs when appropriate
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Support bank staff by helping coordinate parking during busy periods or events
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and customer service

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and clear communication
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in busy or high-traffic situations
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to direct traffic and move safely throughout parking areas
