We are seeking a dependable Security Guard to staff the plant entry/exit gate. This role is responsible for controlling access to the facility, monitoring vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company property.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors
• Verify identification and issue visitor passes
• Log vehicle and visitor activity accurately
• Inspect incoming and outgoing deliveries as required
• Enforce plant security policies and procedures
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report incidents promptly
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous security or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods
• Must be able to stand or sit for long durations and work outdoors as needed
