Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for CDL A or CDL B Shuttle Drivers!

Position Summary:
We are hiring multiple reliable and safety-driven CDL Shuttle Drivers to transport employees to and from local construction job sites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring passengers arrive safely and on time while maintaining a professional and dependable presence. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady routes, consistent schedules, and the ability to work either full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport employees between designated pickup points and job sites
• Follow assigned routes and strict schedules to ensure timely service
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional shuttle environment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and passengers
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety procedures
• Provide a positive and professional experience for all passengers
• Report any mechanical issues, delays, or incidents promptly

Qualifications:
• Valid CDL Class A or B license required
• Air Brake Endorsement required
• Passenger Endorsement required
• Clean driving record and strong safety mindset
• Previous shuttle, bus, or passenger transport experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable with strong attendance

Hours:
• 1st Shift: 3:45 AM – 10:45 AM
• 2nd Shift: 10:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Pay:
• $23/hour (full-time)
• $21/hour (part-time)
