Join our team as a Machine Operator and be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills make an impact every day.

What You’ll Do:
• Set up, operate, and tear down paper winding and wrapping machines
• Troubleshoot process issues and keep production running smoothly
• Load/unload machines, pack products, and maintain a clean workspace
• Monitor quality and efficiency standards
• Follow work orders, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team operations

 What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED
• Factory experience is a plus (but not required!)
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to read instructions and follow procedures
• Strong organization and time management

 What You Get:
• Starting Pay: $21.53/hour
• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
• 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
