Customer Service Representative – $20.50/hr | Day Shift | High-Impact Role

We’re seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to support operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role goes beyond basic customer service—you’ll be a key player in order management, problem resolution, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Schedule & Pay:
$20.50/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders from entry through completion with a high level of accuracy
• Handle customer communication via phone and email, providing timely updates and solutions
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns
• Maintain detailed and organized records, including order history and account information
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and accuracy
• Support administrative functions including documentation, reporting, and data entry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and proactive communication

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
