Parts Warehouse Associate

We are working with a growing company seeking a Warehouse Associate (Pick/Pack/Forklift) to join their team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18–$21/hour (DOE)

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, and receiving inventory while maintaining high levels of organization and inventory accuracy. This role also includes assisting customers at the service counter and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Verify parts, match order details, and ensure correct items are prepared for shipment or pickup

Process incoming inventory, including counting, labeling, and putting stock away in correct locations

Use RF scanners and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx) to track and process orders

Assist with customer pickups and provide professional, helpful service when needed

Maintain organized workstations, packing areas, and warehouse inventory

Support inventory control through cycle counts and restocking

Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed (training may be provided)

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills required

Forklift experience REQUIRED

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled

Exposure to outdoor conditions at times
