Location: Elkhart
Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $24+/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other machine tools.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to produce high-precision components.
• Performing quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Maintaining and calibrating machine tools and equipment to minimize production downtime.

• Consistently produce components with precision and within tolerance levels.
• Maintain high standards of quality in manufactured parts.
• Efficiently minimize production downtime through proper maintenance and operations.

• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills for precision work.
