We are seeking a detail-oriented Metal Finisher to join our manufacturing team in Plymouth, MA. The Metal Finisher will support the final stage of production for precision components used in medical applications. This role is critical to ensuring products meet strict quality and cleanliness standards.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Deburr metal parts to remove imperfections after CNC machining
• Perform sandblasting to smooth and refine surfaces
• Clean and sterilize parts prior to final processing (tumbling)
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in metal finishing, deburring, or sandblasting (required)
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings or work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
• Comfortable using hand tools and inspection equipment
