Cable Wire Shop Helper (Santa Fe Springs, CA)

Monday - Friday /  7:00am-3:30pm

$21.00 per hour,

 

A cable wire company is looking for a Shop Helper to assist in the shop. The role involves cleaning, handling, and preparing cable wires used for rigging. The job also requires testing product through inspections. Previous experience in a shop experience is a plus. Cable Wire Shop Helper Responsibilities:

• Use machine equipment to prep and test cable wires
• Will use computers to log work and run tests
• Must be able to perform repetitive work and lift up to 45lbs
• Assist other shop staff as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Cable Wire Shop Helper Requirements:

• Ability to work with hands and lift up to 45lbs
• Previous shop experience is a plus 
• Must be able to follow correct procedures and read job tasks in English
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
