One of our premier client in Taunton, MA is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Industrial Maintenance Technician's Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 days per week)

Industrial Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues using schematics and technical manuals
• Repair or replace components such as motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and wiring to minimize production downtime
• Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments) to assess equipment performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Assist with installation and upgrades of manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety standards
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production procedures

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics/prints
• Electrical experience is a plus
