Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our chimney construction and repair team. The candidate must have experience as a bricklayer. Position is full time, overtime is often available. We often have an ad for other positions here, but this ad is exclusively for those that lay brick. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Duties
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for moving materials or assisting in construction tasks.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing masonry materials.
- Assist in estimating construction costs and timelines for projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while working.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using both heavy equipment and hand tools related to masonry work.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
