Location: Helena, MT
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, mostly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, independent, and highly trustworthy Property Manager to join our long-standing team in Helena. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling a high volume of phone communication, and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision. The right person truly shows up, follows through, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

You’ll work closely with ownership (primarily based in Billings) and help manage a diverse portfolio of manufactured home communities and HOA-related properties.

• Owner-owned lots: 40
• HOA involvement: Yes

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, owners, and vendors (heavy phone communication)
• Handle resident concerns professionally using strong conflict-resolution skills
• Ensure property standards, rules, and expectations are consistently upheld
• Coordinate with ownership, including regular communication and periodic time working alongside the owner in Billings
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
• Be physically present, engaged, and accountable—this role requires real dependability
