Job Title: Parts Clerk (SAP / Inventory Support)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support our maintenance and inventory operations. This role is responsible for receiving parts in SAP, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working closely with the Maintenance Buyer to track incoming orders and stock levels. This is a clerical-focused position with an emphasis on organization, accuracy, and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming parts in SAP
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Buyer to track purchase orders and inventory status
  • Stock, organize, and label parts accurately within the warehouse or storeroom
  • Maintain clean and organized inventory areas
  • Assemble and build part kits for specific maintenance rebuilds or tasks
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date in the system
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills; ability to learn and navigate systems quickly
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
