Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

• Assemble industrial drive chains and sub-assemblies
• Use hand tools and basic production equipment
• Follow work instructions, prints, and quality standards
• Inspect assembled parts for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance is a must
