About the Role

As the first point of contact, the Guest Services Associate sets the tone for each guest’s experience—both in person and over the phone. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a passion for customer service, and is excited about the beauty, wellness, and spa industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide exceptional customer service

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling

• Answer phones with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Educate guests on available services, products, and promotions

• Learn and navigate spa software efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area

• Support retail sales by recommending products that meet guest needs

• Communicate clearly with service providers and team members

• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and cared for
