Foundation Repair Laborer

Location: Olathe
Pay: $19.00 – $28.00/HR (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – ~3:00/3:30 PM

Position Overview:

A growing construction company is hiring Foundation Repair Technicians to support residential projects. This is a hands-on, physical role focused on structural repair work in and around homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Install foundation repair systems (piers, restraints, anchors)
Perform general construction labor on residential job sites
Assist with excavation and site prep as needed
Train and learn the trade with their experienced team
Maintain clean and safe work environments
Follow project timelines and work orders

Requirements:

1+ year of construction experience required
Experience in foundation, concrete, or structural work preferred but not required
Willing to TRAIN
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to perform heavy physical labor (lifting, kneeling, working on hands and knees)
Reliable transportation to the shop/job site
English-speaking required (customer interaction)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM (required)
Typical end time around 3:00–3:30 PM
Optional Saturdays depending on workload, some OT available
