Location: Kansas City, KS
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday (early mornings)
Type: Temp-to-Perm

A growing distribution company is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. This role includes a mix of picking, packing, shipping, customer service, and forklift operation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders (UPS & LTL)
• Load/unload product and move inventory (forklift required)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Handle shipping documents and order tracking
• Assist customers and communicate order details
• Support internal teams with incoming orders
• Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
