About the Opportunity:
Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Customer Service Manager in Englewood, CO. This role is responsible for leading a team and ensuring accurate, timely order processing, strong customer communication, and efficient coordination with operations and shipping.
Job Highlights:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Oversee daily order processing, accuracy, and fulfillment timelines
- Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Coordinate outbound shipping and ensure on-time delivery

What We Look For:
- 3–7+ years of customer service or operations experience
- 1–3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or order fulfillment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
