Maintenance Technician -- Corrugated Packaging

Full-Time | $35+/hr + OT + Bonuses

We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing, ISO 9001-certified corrugated packaging facility. If you’re strong mechanically and electrically—and know how to keep production moving—this is a high-impact role with excellent earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed corrugated equipment (flexo folder gluers, rotary & flatbed die cutters)
• Respond to breakdowns and get lines back up quickly
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and manuals
• Maintain and repair support equipment (conveyors, air compressors, forklifts)
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed
• Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all safety and OSHA standards, including high-voltage systems

What You Need (Required)

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics/technical drawings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting

Big Plus (Preferred)

• Experience in corrugated packaging or sheet plants
• Hands-on experience with flexo folder gluers or die cutters
• Multi-site or project-based maintenance experience
