Education & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field• 5+ years of customer service experience, in manufacturing or distribution.• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team to ensure high performance and engagement.• Manage daily customer service operations including order entry, order tracking, and issue resolution.• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders within the ERP system.• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and complaints.• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on customer expectations and order fulfillment.• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, response time, and on-time delivery.• Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.• Support Accounts Receivable activities as needed, including coordination on collections and customer account issues.• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
