Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (hours vary based on job sites and weather)
Requirements: Must be able to work weekends as needed (not every weekend)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver to join a hardworking crew in the Cookeville area. This position will assist with paving and seal coating projects for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lay, spread, and level asphalt
• Perform seal coating on driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces
• Rake and smooth asphalt to proper grade and thickness
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grading, and applying materials
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and tampers
• Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of asphalt paving and seal coating experience required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Work boots required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
