Packer – 1st Shift | Steady Hours in a Clean Production Environment

We’re hiring Packers for a growing production facility in De Soto, KS that manufactures paper products. This is a great opportunity for someone who values consistency, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in quality.

Schedule & Pay:
$16.07/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM | Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Package finished products into cartons or large containers while inspecting for quality
• Visually check for defects in printing, cutting, and overall product condition
• Move and stage materials in the work area for efficient packaging
• Set up workstations with boxes, tape, and necessary supplies
• Label completed cartons and stack onto pallets
• Prepare finished pallets for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of scrap

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
