Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to provide technical and logistical support during the quoting process
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking project materials
• Assist with project scheduling and coordinate with operations to meet deadlines
• Support permitting processes with accurate documentation and follow-up
• Maintain detailed records of project tasks and updates
• Communicate project status clearly with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PDFs, and email systems
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify efficient solutions
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Compensation
$23+/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)

 

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm (Flexible 40-hour work week)
