Salary: $20.00 - $23.00/Hour

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Parts Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and maintaining smooth operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to contribute effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience in dealership operations, retail sales, or automotive repair is highly desirable. Bilingual capabilities and familiarity with POS systems or CMMS software are considered valuable assets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service needs using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Support sales activities through order fulfillment, upselling, and negotiation to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, processing payments, and managing POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel and other tools for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote products or services effectively
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of dealership or retail environment
  • Support automotive repair or maintenance tasks as needed, demonstrating technical aptitude when applicable

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior dealership experience or background in automotive repair is preferred
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashiering roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and phone etiquette
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while demonstrating initiative and professionalism

 

Wage: $20.00 - $23.00/Hour
