Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced and licensed G1 Technicians with strong Boiler and Make-Up Air Unit experience in High-Rise and Commercial environments.
Candidates holding a 313A Air Conditioning Mechanic License will be given preference.
We also welcome applications from G2 License holders who have relevant HVAC service experience, as additional openings are available at that level. Training and growth opportunities will be provided to help advance your licensing and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including boilers, pumps, and make-up air units.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations in high-rise and commercial properties.
- Service and install air conditioning and hydronic heating systems.
- Diagnose and recommend corrective actions or equipment upgrades.
- Participate in the 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid G1 Gas Technician License – Mandatory
- 313A Air Conditioning Mechanic License – Preferred
- G2 Technicians with relevant HVAC experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, Hydronic Heating, and A/C systems.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Must reside in or be able to commute within the Toronto / GTA area.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts + On-call rotation
