About the Role:
We’re looking for someone with real hands-on experience in metal finishing who’s comfortable working on a production line. In this role, you’ll be running anodizing equipment and making sure parts are finished properly — clean, consistent, and built to last.

This isn’t an entry-level job — we need someone who understands the process, can spot issues, and takes pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running and keeping an eye on anodizing lines to coat metal parts
• Setting up machines and making adjustments when needed
• Checking parts throughout the process to make sure quality is on point
• Following job instructions and specs carefully
• Keeping your work area organized and reporting any issues
• Working with the team to keep production moving smoothly
• Following all safety rules, including wearing PPE and a respirator

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 year of experience in metal finishing, anodizing, or a similar manufacturing role
• Comfortable working with machinery in a production/line environment
• Good attention to detail — you notice the small things others miss
• Physically able to stand, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Okay with wearing a respirator during work hours
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions

Experience working on a fast-paced production line and basic mechanical skills or troubleshooting experience must require.
